INDIA'S EXPORT PERFORMANCE OF LEATHER AND LEATHER PRODUCTS DURING APRIL-SEPTEMBER 2013

As per the official data released by DGCI&S the export of leather and leather products during the period April-September 2013 reached a value of US $ 2851.20 million as against the performance of US $ 2486.11 million in the corresponding period of last year, registering a growth of 14.69%. In rupee terms, the export value touched Rs. 168467.87 million in the same period as against previous years' performance of Rs. 135897.38 million recording a positive growth rate of 23.97%.
