Perhaps this used to be true as the only time you ever thought about the sole was when it needed to be replaced.Now that shoe soles are hardly ever replaced(as they last as long as the upper),you might think that we would not think of soles at all.Not a bit of it.Soling has changed out of all recognition,becoming a fashion item,more functional and more specific than ever before.
