摘要

Results of a quantitative x-ray diffraction analysis of martensite and austenite in TiNi-based alloys subjected to temperature cycling are presented. Integrated intensities for selected diffraction maxima of the two phases are calculated. A high-temperature TN1-grade alloy (available from the VILS Research Institute) was used for experimental studies. Based on the experimental data, austenite concentrations are determined and a hysteresis curve of the austenite-martensite transformation is constructed.
