SummaryAnti‐gamma2‐globulin sera have been prepared in the rabbit by hyperimmunisation and immunisation with D‐positive formol‐treated anti‐D coated red cells. Early immune sera can be used to distinguish between human gammaglobulins.A human antiglobulin of “Andresen” type has been used for D‐typing, and was found to react with some high‐grade Ducells only when they were coated with certain anti‐D sera.RésuméLes sérums anti‐gamma2‐globulines ont etc préparés chez le lapin par hyper‐immunisation et immunisation avec des érythrocytes Rhésus positif traités au formol et sensibilisés par l'anti‐D.
