Letter from New MTI President, Gary Huss --President of Hudapack Metal Treatng

The Metal Treating Institute is one of the premier trade associations in manufacturing and it is with a great deal of pride, gratitude and humility that I accept the election as President. The MTI leaders that have preceded me left a remarkable history of achievement and have grown this organization to be World Class. Most recently, the Global Heat Treat Summit, Young Executive Series (Y.E.S.) Management program, and MTI Online Academy have been examples of the outstanding programs being offered. I would like to take this opportunity to look forward. A new class of Y.E.S. students will begin in February 2008. Our general and regional meetings will allow us to meet, share, and learn in varied locations from a winter climate to the warmth of the Caribbean. We will all be busy with our own agendas and commitments, but I would like all of you to consider "Getting a Second Job".
