IOA International Board of Directors Meeting

On March 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of the International Ozone Association met at the Wasser Berlin site, Berlin, Germany for a semi-annual Board Meeting. IOA President Mike Oneby opened the meeting and confirmed that a quorum of attendees and proxies was achieved. Most of the attendees from North America were via proxy. The antitrust statement was reviewed.
