Photodetector sensors and devices for television and optoelectronic video-information systems

This paper discusses photodetector sensors and devices for the UV, visible, and IR region, available from the élektron Scientific Research Institute for the creation of television and optoelectronic video-information apparatus. The main parameters and features of the application of the available devices are described.
