Criterion of Screening of Stand Out Dikson Observations in Samplings of Distributions Depending on the Parameters of Shift and Scale

A convenient expression of the Dikson statistic distribution in samplings of the size n is derived fro distributions depending only on the shift and scale parameters. An explicit form of the distribution is obtained for twoparametric exponential, uniform and logweibull laws. A comparative analysis revealed that the use of traditional tables of the critical points of Dikson criterion for the distributions that differ from the normal is impossible.
