The effect of conditions of preliminary preparation of soil samples on reproducibility and correctness of the results of atomic-emission determination of B, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ag, Sn, Pb, V, Cr, Co, Ni, Sr, and Ba in collection of solis with different content of organic carbon (C_org) is studied. We studied the effect of calcination (2 h at 550 deg C) and preliminary treatment of soils with hydrogen peroxide and subsequent calcinations. This effect was studied to find conditions of fracture of the organic part of the sample which provide rather easy procedure upon mass analyses and full development. It is shown measurements. As the content of C_org increases the measured concentration also increases upon calcinations. A significant relative increase is observed starting with 2 - 3 percent Cr. The largest increase is observed for Mo, Ba, Ag, Cu, V, and Cr. As for humus samples having high content of C_org (6 - 25 percent) a preliminary treatment with H_2O_2 is accompanied with an increase in measured concentration of B, Mo, Ag, Zn. No significant changes in measured concentration were observed for Cu, Sn, Mo, Pb, Co, Ni, Cr, V, Ba, and Sr.
