X-Ray Densitometric Method of Quantitative Phase Analysis

摘要

A method which provides determination of the composition, quantitative content and density of the phase in an equilibrium mixture without its isolation is proposed. Proceeding from the XPA data of the mixture determined is the volume of the elementary cell of the phase and density of the mixture.
