Leather Exports can touch US7 billion by 2010-11

India's Leather Exports will touch US 7 billion by 2010-11,if only the industry is able to sustain a growth rate of 20% annually.In the seminar,India Leather Summit 2006 - Towards Global Dominance,organised by the Council for Leather Exports (CLE),held recently in New Delhi,Sir Kamal Nath,Union Commerce and Industry Minister,in his key note address,underscored the need to make use of modern production technologies to enhance production and build capacity.
