Dow Biocides, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) and global leader in antimicrobial solutions, and Buckman Laboratories International, Inc. of Memphis, Tennessee, a global leader in the sales, technical service, and support of microbiocides for the leather industry worldwide, have signed a memorandum of understanding for a joint development agreement to accelerate the research and development of technologies for use in leather hide preservation.
