THE RESEARCH ADVANCE ON CLEAN TECHNOLOGY USED IN LEATHER MANUFACTURE

摘要

The environmental pollution caused by leather manufacture in China was introduced. And the clean technologies in different processes such as unhairing, degreasing, tanning and dyeing were summarized respectively. It indicated that promoting clean production is the only road to realize sustainable development. Leather industry is one of the most important departments in China which created significant benefits. But the pollution also brings serious environmental problems. Because the environmental situation becomes more severe, how to solve the environmental pollution has become the key of the sustainable development of leather manufacture.
