One of the key problems faced by an entrepreneur is arranging funds for expansion, modernization or establishment of any new projects. The requirement of funds may be for long, medium or short term. Many a times an entrepreneur is not able to explore and is not aware of the various agencies or financial institutions that can be approached for financial assistance. Lack of knowledge about the various schemes available with these institutions and paucity of time is a major constraint for the SMEs said Mr Mayank Ajay Gupta, Chairman - Cll Western UP Zonal Council, Meerut at an Interactive Session held on 25 April 2011 in Meerut. Mr. Gupta is also Managing Director for Olympic Zippers, a Meerut based Zip Manufacturing Company.
