摘要

In this paper, we analyze coding efficiency of coding method IPIC-HEVC under study. It is a problem that HEVC has more decoding complexity than H.264/AVC. In the past, we had proposed Interpolative Prediction-based Intra Coding Method (IPIC) for reducing video decoder complexity, and applied HEVC for IPIC algorithm (IPIC-HEVC). We report the properties of the IPIC-HEVC.
