DR. V K SARASWAT RECEIVES DR Y NAYUDAMMA MEMORIAL AWARD

Dr. Y Nayudamma Memorial Award for the year 2009 was presented tojEminent Missile Scientist Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat, Scientific Adviser toj the Defence Minister and Director General Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) at a colourful function held at Tenali, the native town of Dr. Y Nayudamma, on 6 March 2010, for his outstanding contribution to the development of science and technology in the country. Dr. Y Venugopal Reddy, Former Governor, Reserve Bank of India was the Chief Guest of the function and presented the award.
