Evaluation of Information Contained in Pharma ceutical Drug Advertisements in National and International Journals

摘要

The study was aimed to evaluate the information contained in pharmacentical drug advertisments in national and international journals. Pharmacentical industries did not follow the WHO guidelines while promoting their products, thus aiming to sape tying their commercial motive rather than fulfill the educational aspect of promotion. The study was carried out by selecting the advertisements from the Journals for the year 2008 to 2009.
