PLACENTA Acreta-A Case Report

A 25 years old P L delivered a male alive baby on 31.3.2011 at block hospital. Doctor ofblock hospital tried to remove but placenta was not removed and bleedings occur. Then she was referred to the department of Obstetrics and gynaecoilogy. Darbhanga Medical College Hospital, Laheriasarai. In labour room patient was examined. She was pale++, her pulse was 100/minute, Temperature was 102 F, her B.P. was 90/ 60 mm of Hg, per abdominal examination uterus was contracted and just below the umbilicus, per vaginalexamination umbical cord hanging outside the vagina. There was mild bleeding. Cervical os was I finger loose.
