This study is carried out in the Department, of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, India from January 2006 - June 2007. 200 pregnant mothers beyond 28 weeks of pregnancy and with obstetrical history of one or multiple caesarean sections were selected for this study. Trial of labour and vaginal delivery was allowed in suitable cases. The percentage of vaginal deliveries after caesarean section is 43.5%.
