Importance of Creatinine Phosphokinase-NAC (N-acetyl-L-Cysteine) in Early Diagnosis of Ruptured Tubal Pregnancy

OBJECTIVE : to establish the role of creatinine phosphokinase as a biochemical marker in ruptured tubal pregnancy. METHOD : The study was carried out in JLNMC Bhagalpur Bihar. A prospective study was carried out on 20 women with first trimester of pregnancy Group A (n=10 study group) have a features of rapture tubal pregnancy, Group B (n=10 control have a fetures of normal pregnancy CPK level in the both group compaired together. RESULT : In group A serum CPK level were higher (58.08 +-15.20 IU/U in comprasion to group B (18.14 +- 9.98 IU/L). CONCLUSION : In diagnosis of ruptured tubal. pregnancy CK level is useful.
