Impacted esophageal dentures can lead to a lot of complications. In absence of a clear history early diagnosis can be done based on clinical examination with high degree of suspicion. Upper Cl endoscopy can detect the foreign bodies which are usually impacted in the pharyngo-esophageal junction. Endoscopic removal requires proper visualization and appropriate instrumentation. The patient had uneventful post-operative recovery.
