摘要

2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine has been reacted selectively with nucleophilic reagents, 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole, 2-chlorophenyl thiourea and different substituted thioureas to give 2-(4-methylbenzothiazol-2'-yl amino)-4-(2-chlorophenyl thioureido)-6-(substituted thioureido)-1,3,5-triazines (IV). The structure of all these compounds have been confirmed by their lR, ~1H NMR, ~(19)F NMR, mass spectral data and elemental analysis. These compounds show antibacterial activity against S. aureus, S. faecalis, E. coli and E. cloacae and fungicidal activity against Alternaria alternata, Aspergillus niger and Macrophomina.
