摘要

A series of 2-{[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-oxoquinazolin-3-(4H)-yl] amino}-N-(substitutedphenyl) acetamides 4 were synthesized and characterized on the basis of IR, NMR and Mass spectral data. The title compounds were subjected to invitro antibacterial and antioxidant screening. Out of the compounds tested few of them have shown significant antibacterial and antioxidant activity when compared to standard streptomycin and ascorbic acid respectively.
