Irradiance distribution in an integrating sphere with an internal screen

The irradiance distribution in the cavity of an integrating sphere with an internal screen is numerically analyzed. The measurement error of the diffuse reflectance introduced by such a sphere is compared with the error for an integrating sphere when the radiator and photodetector are located outside it.
