Plastic Makers' Body Seeks Duty Cut on Raw Materials for Price Stability

The All-India Plastics Manufacturers' Association (AIPMA)has demanded a 60 per cent recution in import uty of raw rmaterial of 10 per cent,which,in turn,will hve a stabilising effet on local prices of polymers.It will also help the flow of imports of plastic raw materials to tide over occasional shrtages in the local market.
