LAFARGE ROOFING: THE GROWTH CONTINUES

Last February 28~(th), 2007, the sale of Lafarge Roofing majority stock to PAI Partners, was completed. The French investment company holds today the 65 percent stake of the world largest manufacturer of roof systems. Lafarge will keep a 35 percent stake in the capital of the new entity.
