Copolymer of N,N-Diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium Chloride with Sulfur Dioxide as Carrier of Drugs

摘要

Immobilization of drugs on macromolecules of copolymer N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride with sulfur dioxide using ion exchange technique was investigated. Ways of producing polymer-drug conjugates of preset compositions were developed. Their structure was found by NMR and IR spectroscopy.
