摘要

SPRAY CLEANING Spray cleaning is a powerful, simple, and effective cleaning method and it should be used whenever it is possible. Much of the effectiveness of spray cleaning derives from the combination of forces at work - pressure, temperature, and chemical action. Pressure from spray nozzles contributes mechanical energy and heat contributes thermal energy to the inherent cleaning characteristics of the spray chemicals themselves. An efficient spray washer makes possible the use of cleaners, which have the desirable features of good rinsing and scale prevention characteristics, even though their soil removal might not be effective enough to use for soak cleaning. In general, it is highly effective on any surface that can be "seen" directly by spray. Different effects can be achieved by changing the pressure of the spray, spray pattern, and the volume of the sprayed cleaner. These variations enable a single operator to perform many jobs under a wide variety of circumstances.
