Ici india is looking for buyers to sell off its ailing rubber chemical business worth about Rs.90 crore even as the company is eyeing acquisitions in its core areas of specialitychemicals and paints.The divestment plans are in line with ICI's objective to exit all "non-core"business and remain focused on identified segments.
