摘要

A single-row, multi-crop planter was developed for use in hill areas. It can sow a number of crops such as maize and wheat. The field trials were conducted to determine the performance of the planter. The effective field capacity of the machinewas 0.157 ha/h for maize and 0.064 ha/h for the wheat crop. The average field efficiency was about 76. The machine was efficient and economical compared with traditional methods of sowing.
