Effect of strontium substitution on structural and electrical properties of Pb(Li1/4La1/4W1/2)O-3 ceramics

摘要

The polycrystalline samples of (PbxSr1-x)(Li1/4La1/4W1/2)O-3, x = 0.00, 0.03, 0.07, 0.10, belonging to perovskite oxide ferroelectrics, were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary X-ray analysis of these compounds confirms the formation of the compounds. Studies or dielectric parameters (epsilon and tan delta) as a function of temperature at 10 kHz suggest that the substitution of Sr2+ ion causes a major effect on the dielectric properties of the mother compound. Measurements of dc resistivity (p) as function of both applied electric field and temperature imply that the compounds exhibit the negative temperature of coefficient of resistance (NTCR) behaviour shove 500 K.
