An autopsy case of a 55‐year‐old male with so‐called megakaryocyte myelosis and granulocytic proliferation was reported.This case is different from ordinary leukemia because of massive presence of megakaryocyte and granulocytic proliferations in the bone marrow. The proliferating cells in other organs were different from leukemic infiltrations in nature.The criteria of neoplastic or neoplasm‐like proliferations of megakaryocytes have not yet been settled.
