An open study of buspirone in octogenarians with anxiety

摘要

AbstractIn this study buspirone demonstrated efficacy and safety in the treatment of anxiety in elderly patients age 80 years or older. The results are consistent with data from earlier clinical and pharmacokinetic studies in elderly patients 60 years and older.
