These may be depressing times and young minds are being poisoned about the evils of motoring, but it is reassuring to find 23-year-olds out there looking to replace their MG ZR 1.4s. Reader Alex rather liked his - it was reliable and fine for commuting - but he did think that its responses were not that sharp.
