摘要

A technique for reconstructing the electric field distribution on slot array antennas from near-field data is presented. By exploiting the geometry information of slots in the Gerchberg-Papoulis iterative algorithm, the invisible region of plane wave spectrum is extrapolated and the field on each slot is reconstructed with high spatial resolution of less than a half wavelength. The proposed algorithm is applied to the simulated planar near field of a K-band radial line slot antenna, and it is shown that the error of the reconstructed field on the slots is less than -18 dB.
