While marketing health services is a technique new to hospital administrators, administrators have the added challenge of marketing a negative experiencecolon; hospitalization and receipt of health services. Although the task is made complex by the current image and multiple consumers of services, a positive, constructive and imaginative effort can achieve revised goals
