Facelifted Mercedes B-class set for Paris debut

MERCEDES-BENZ HAS revealed a facelifted version of the second-generation B-class ahead of a planned debut at the Paris show next month. Set for UK delivery early next year, the refreshed five-door MPV receives a range of mild styling changes, high-quality interior appointments, improved standard spec and more efficient engines. These include a revised version of the Renault-supplied 1.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel that provides the B180 CDI BlueEfficiency with combined fuel economy and CO_2 emissions figures of 78.5mpg and 94g/km respectively in six-speed manual guise.
