The Philip Kingsley brand has launched a version of its iconic Elasticizer product inspired by the late founder's love of America's west coast. Elasticizer Coconut Breeze features notes of bergamot, orange, peach, coconut, jasmine and vanilla, and aims to capture the freshness of living by the sea. Elasticizer is an ultra-conditioning pre-shampoo treatment that famously adds elasticity, bounce and shine to hair.
