Volkswagen has taken the wraps off its seventh generation Golf, an all-new design said to be lighter, roomier, safer and more economical than the outgoing model. The sharp appearance, high-quality interior and class-leading safety features of VW's crucial hatchback were revealed at a media presentation in Berlin this week, prior to the car's public unveiling at the Paris motor show later this month.
