T last time I drove a TT, the Mk 1, was more than a decade ago. Then, it was a stylistic masterpiece that promised far more than its underwhelming Golf chassis could' deliver. The latest TT is the opposite. Its looks, though sharper, are unexciting, yet it's hugely rewarding from behind the wheel. This, unlike the original, is a TT that's genuinely fun to drive.
