Quantum Yang-Baxter H-module algebras and their braided products

We give a necessary and sufficient condition of the braided product to be a bialgebra or a Hopf algebra and two interesting examples to show that the conditions in Theorem 2.4: "(H1) and (H2)" weaken the commutativity and cocommutativity of H in Caenepeel et al.
