摘要

This paper deals with magneto-thermo-elastic interaction due to thermal shock on the stress free boundary of the half-space of a perfectly conducting medium in the context of two-temperature generalized thermo-elasticity theory (2TT). The governing equations of two-temperature three-phaselag thermo-elasticity (2T3P) and two-temperature generalized thermo-elasticity with energy dissipation (2T GN III) are established. Laplace transform method is used and then state-space approach is employed to solve the resulting equations in the transformed domain. The numerical inversion is carried out using Fourier-series expansion technique. The physical quantities have been computed numerically and presented graphically in a number of figures.]
