From department store to museum. Transformation of a Viennese institution

The announcement seems very promisingforVienna.A new, modern department store for the capital -directly on the shopping strip Maria-hilfer Stra?e, not far from the Muse-umsquartier. And a competition with star participants: BIG Bjarke Ingels Group, OMA Office for Metropolitan Architecture, Sn?hetta and Hadi Teherani Architects competed for their first project in Vienna.
