Carbon advantages of the organic farming approach

It is a long-standing jibe against the organic farming industry to suggest that anything containing carbon is by design organic. Those agreeing with this have obviously been asleep over the past decade, as standards underpinning organic auditing and certification have formalised in both Government and industry, with self-regulatory arrangements for this emerging market segment. It is certainly far more than just about carbon content.
