Systemic-Portal Shunt in Unilateral Iliac Vein Stenosis

NA;Systemic-portal shunt was shown as a "hot spot" in the liver on Tc-99m MAA radionuclide venography. This finding is well known in the inferior vena cava syndrome. Scintigraphy in this case showed the patent inferior vena cava and the unilateral common iliac vein stenosis. The"hot spot" in this situation has not been previously reported.
