摘要

Ashyphen;grown crystallized Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2Oxphase films were prepared on MgO(100) substrates by rf magnetron sputtering. The ashyphen;grown film showed theTconset of 92 K and theTcend of 82 K. By annealing in the furnace at 480thinsp;deg;C after deposition, superconducting property and thechyphen;axis lattice constant varied with atmosphere during annealing. The film after annealing in air at 480thinsp;deg;C exhibited the highest superconducting transition with theTconset of 93 K and theTcend of 85 K. TheTconset increased when thechyphen;axis lattice constant was increased, suggesting that theTconset increases with decreasing the oxygen content of the film.
