On Jan. 9 (78 FR 1798), EPA issued a notice announcing that Fine Agrochemicals Ltd., c/o SciReg, Inc., Woodbridge, Va., has filed a petition to amend the exemption from the requirement of a tolerance established in §180.1299 for residues of the plant growth regulator prohydrojasmon (PDJ), propyl-3-oxo-pentylcyclo-pentylacetate, in or on apples and grapes. The firm believes that no analytical method is needed because the exemption is permanent and, therefore, this analytical method is not required.
