Changes to cfr India, China 4.5pc coke

Argus is proposing to change its pricing for cfr India and China 4.5pc sulphur petroleum coke assessments. Under this proposal, Argus would launch weekly 4.5pc sulphur, 40 HGI petroleum coke prices for cfr India and cfr China which would be calculated based on the fob US Gulf 4.5pc sulphur, 40 HGI assessment plus freight.
