Management of localized prostate cancer

摘要

Several papers have reviewed the results of surgery in the treatment of localized prostate cancer, whereas others have reviewed the results of radiotherapy using different regimens. The role of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) after either surgery or radiotherapy has been well studied in several publications and may, in future, resolve the controversy over the best treatment for localized prostate cancer.
