Hong Kong WTO ministerial declaration and it's implications for Indian agriculture.

摘要

This paper evaluates the implications of the declarations and options of the World Trade Organization given during the Ministerial Conference in Hong Kong for the policy makers, producers and commercial organizations operating in the Indian agriculture. The declarations given are on domestic support, elimination of export subsidies, and on food aid. It was established that Developing Countries will continue to benefit from the provisions of Article 9.4 of the Agreement on Agriculture until the end-date for elimination of all forms of export subsidies..
